Measurements are estimates

Sofaplot helps you judge whether furniture will fit before you buy it. It is a planning aid, not a guarantee. Always measure.

What fit checks are based on

Delivery checks

The doorway check compares a piece's smaller dimensions with the narrowest opening you entered. Getting furniture into a room also depends on hallway turns, stair width and headroom, railings, door hardware and whether legs or backs come off, none of which Sofaplot can measure. "Tilt through" means it might fit when tipped on end; it does not mean it will.

Prices

Prices in Sofaplot are estimates. They come from retailers' catalog feeds or from sample data, not live from stores, so they may be out of date or not match the real product price. Pieces marked as samples in the demo catalog are not real products, and their prices are made up. Totals, budgets and comparisons use these estimates and don't include delivery, assembly or tax. Always check the price with the retailer before you buy.

Photo view

Furniture drawn over your photo is placed from the floor points you matched. It is a visual preview, and small errors in the matched points shift the result. Don't take measurements from it.

Before you buy

No guarantee

Sofaplot does not guarantee that any item will fit in your room or can be delivered, and is not responsible for purchases, returns, delivery fees or damage based on its results. Prices, availability and product details come from retailers and may change; check with the retailer before you buy. Products marked as samples in the demo catalog are not real products.
