By using Sofaplot you agree to these terms. They're written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us.
What Sofaplot is
Sofaplot is a planning tool. Fit checks, prices and pictures are estimates and previews to help you decide, not guarantees. Please read the measurement disclaimer: always measure your space and check the retailer's details before you buy. Sofaplot isn't responsible for purchases, returns, delivery fees or damage based on its results.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account. You need to be at least 13 to use Sofaplot.
Your content
Your rooms, photos and pictures are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run Sofaplot for you, including sending pictures to our AI provider when you use an AI tool. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and don't use Sofaplot for anything illegal, harmful or abusive, including trying to break its security or overload it.
AI tools
AI pictures and measurements can be wrong or differ from the real products. Sizes read from a listing or a floor plan are shown to you to check before anything changes; check them. AI pictures are for ideas and shouldn't be presented as photos of real products.
Plans and Sofa Tokens
- Basic is free. Pro, when available, is a subscription you can cancel at any time; it runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Sofa Tokens are used for AI tools. They don't expire, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred. Tokens spent on a tool that fails, or that finds nothing, are refunded automatically.
- Purchases are final except where the law gives you a right to a refund, or where something went wrong on our side. Contact us and we'll sort it out.
- We may change prices and what plans include in the future; changes won't affect what you've already paid for.
Stores and links
Sofaplot may show products and links from retailers. We don't sell those products, and any purchase is between you and the retailer.
Availability
We work to keep Sofaplot running and your data safe, but it's provided as is, without warranties, and may sometimes be unavailable or change. As far as the law allows, Sofaplot's liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using Sofaplot and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we'll tell signed-in users before they take effect.
